Counting Art ΑΜΚΕ
Founded in July 2009.
The non-profit organization Counting Art using as guidance and criteria for its organizations the historical continuity of the course of the "classical - contemporary" music and respectively of the fine arts and of the poetry, focuses on presenting contemporary creation and in particular, content involving the creation since 1950 until today.
From a wide range that includes instrumental, experimental and electroacoustic music; Counting Art chooses and presents important internationally artists. With music as the main axis, broadens its activities, including the visual arts and poetry.
The aim is to create a communication field that brings together artists from different arts and strengthens their relationship with the public. The organizations include concerts, exhibitions, multi-disciplinary actions, educational seminars and conferences.
During the period 2010 - 2013, Counting Art co-organizes the events of ABOUT: Cultural Venue. www.about-art.gr
To date (September 2013) participated in the organization of 85 productions including:
50 concert productions, 20 exhibitions, festivals of contemporary music and contemporary art, with the participation of approximately 250 works and 200 artists, 9 contemporary poetry nights and other multidisciplinary projects between different art forms.

Mission:
The aim/goal is educational, scientific and social. The promotion and development of the arts and of quality artistic creation in general as well as that of culture and of the sciences. It exercises the following activities:
a) Curating, organization, production, performance of music and of all other artistic, cultural, educational events, exhibitions related to music, culture and science in general.
b) Production of audiovisual media, production and distribution of promotional material, creation and maintenance of internet site/webpage.
c) Collaboration with cultural and scientific organizations and institutions, both public and private, and individuals in Greece and abroad.
d) Publication of every type of printed material and multimedia material. Scientific, artistic and consultative support of organizations and institutions.
e) Participation in European Union programs, Greek State programs or programs of other domestic and international bodies and organizations.
